MARTY RAYBON’S TACO SOUP

 

1 lb lean hamburger

1 package taco seasoning mix

1 package ranch dressing mix

1 onion, chopped

3 cans Rotel

3 cans pinto beans

1 can red kidney beans

1 can black beans

1 can corn

water

 

 

Cook hamburger meat and onion together until hamburger is browned. Add taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix and a cup of water to mix it together. Stir in the Rotel, beans, and corn and let it all simmer a while. Add more water if it seems too thick.

Optional toppings: shredded cheese and sour cream

Serve with tortilla chips

 

Note: If you don’t like your stuff quite so hot, cut down on the Rotel!
